#ACB Case of Disproportionate Assets registered against Sri Mohd. Ghouse Pasha, Motor Vehicle Inspector FAC District Transport Officer, Mahabubabad District (under suspension).
A case of Disproportionate Assets to the known sources of income was registered against Sri. Mohd Ghouse Pasha, Motor Vehicle Inspector, FAC District Transport Officer, Mahabubabad (u/s) as he has acquired assets by indulging in corrupt practices and dubious means during his service.
As this is an offence punishable U/Sec 13 (1) (b) r/w 13(2) of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 (as amended in 2018), searches were conducted on 25.04.2025 at his house and other four various places belonging to him and his family members. During the searches, property documents related to houses, open plots and agriculture lands were found i.e. i.e.. 2-House documents W/rs.26.85,000/-, 25-Open plot documents W/rs.2.28,29,168/-, documents related to agriculture lands Acres 10-36½ guntas W/rs.55.98.736/- were found in the names of AO and his family members.
The market value is expected to be much higher than the official value. Furthermore, household articles W/rs.7.03,805/-, 1-Car and 2-two wheelers vehicles W/rs.32.90.000/-, were found. The total assets are estimated to be about Rs.3,51,06,759/- (in words: Three Crores, Fifty-One Lakhs, Six Thousand Seven Hundred and Fifty-Nine). Further verification of additional assets is underway.
Therefore, the Accused Officer, Sri. Mohd Ghouse Pasha, Motor Vehicle Inspector, FAC District Transport Officer, Mahabubabad (u/s) is being arrested and produced before the Hon’ble Special Court for SPE & ACB Cases-cum-III Additional District & Sessions Judge at Warangal. The case is under investigation.
