In this video, we’re taking a closer look at an officer’s DUI investigation that happened on September 15, 2024 in Florida. A call had come in about a suspected drunk driver in a parking lot. Court documents reveal that the caller reported seeing a vehicle hitting some curbs. When officers arrived on scene, they located the vehicle in a parking spot. This BCW video highlights the investigative protocols for suspected physical impairment and the community caretaking role of officers.
