On the afternoon of August 25, 2021, the police in New Moon City, California, received a report that a white truck had been occupying the road for a long time. After the highway patrol officers arrived at the scene, they found a black man holding a short knife standing beside the truck, and there was also a woman beside him. The police learned that the man’s domestic violence incident had been handled the previous night. The woman was his wife, and there were obvious signs of domestic violence on her face.
