Cincinnati teen bitten by police dog during warrant execution speaks out

A 17-year-old Cincinnati boy is speaking out after he was bitten by a police dog during a warrant execution at his home earlier this year in an incident his attorney calls “the most excessively brutal thing” she’s ever seen.
