Body camera shows arrest that led to lawsuit against Covington officer

A woman claims a Covington police officer snapped the bone in her upper left arm while trying to arrest her. “I just felt like I was being bullied,” the woman said. “I was scared. I was hurt. I was in pain. It was just like nothing I thought that I would ever have to deal with.”
