Sec. 28-162. – General prohibition.
(a) (b)
It shall be unlawful for any person to make, continue, or cause to be made or continued any loud, unnecessary or unusual noise or any noise which either annoys, disturbs, injuries or endangers the comfort
repose, health, peach or safety of others, within the limits of the city.
The acts enumerated in the following sections of this division, among others, are declared to be loud,
disturbing and unnecessary noises in violation of this chapter, but such enumeration shall not be deemed to be exclusive.

This happened June 7, 2025
The Indiana State Police is using multiple local police agencies to harass me. I’ve contacted the Department of Justice Civil Rights Division and Federal Bureau of Investigation multiple times since 2021. I have created a petition to urge the Department of Justice Civil Rights Division to investigate illegal Search and seizure, police misconduct, harassment, and unwarranted surveillance.
