Immediately after this family went to the City of Lompoc Utility Company to try to get their WATER and POWER finally turned back on—they get VISITS IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT by the Lompoc Police Department—new RV tickets designed for people living in RVs on the streets. This RV is UNINHABITED. So are the 2 houses. They do not currently have electrical service EVEN THOUGH THEY HAVE BEEN CLEARED by R.A.R.E. Electric in Lompoc. This is a case of attorneys not giving effective advice and counsel. I feel bad for the Morales Family!
