Sheriff Waters releases bodycam video of JSO traffic stop, says officers’ actions weren’t criminal

The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office released body-worn camera footage of a February traffic stop that has gone viral showing a 22-year-old man who was punched by police before being arrested. During a news conference on Monday, Sheriff T.K. Waters said the officers’ actions did not violate criminal law.
