Under the chairmanship of IG Sindh Ghulam Nabi Memon, a meeting was held to review the overall performance and reforms of the Police Complaints Cell (CMS Portal). Emphasis was placed on introducing a paperless system for handling public complaints efficiently and making the complaints process more accessible. Citizens can submit their complaints via call, SMS, email, WhatsApp, or by post to the Complaints Cell.
