ఏపీ మద్యం కుంభకోణం దర్యాప్తులో కీలక పరిణామం చోటుచేసుకుంది. ఈ కేసులో ఏ6గా ఉన్న సజ్జల శ్రీధర్ రెడ్డి అరెస్ట్ అయ్యారు. ఆయనను విజయవాడలోని అవినీతి నిరోధక విభాగం ప్రత్యేక న్యాయస్థానం సమక్షానికి ప్రవేశపెట్టగా మే 6వ తేది వరకు అంటే 14 రోజుల పాటు రిమాండ్ విధించారు. ఈ కేసులో కసిరెడ్డి రాజశేఖర్ రెడ్డి అలియాస్ రాజ్ కసిరెడ్డి ఏ1గా ఉన్న విషయం తెలిసిందే. ఆయన ఇదివరకే అరెస్ట్ అయ్యారు. అలాగే ఏ8గా ఉన్న రాజ్ కసిరెడ్డి తోడల్లుడు చాణక్య కూడా అరెస్ట్ అయ్యారు. ఇదే కేసులో తాజాగా ఏ6 గా ఉన్న సజ్జల శ్రీధర్రెడ్డిని ప్రత్యేక దర్యాప్తు బృందం అధికారులు శుక్రవారం రాత్రి హైదరాబాద్లో అరెస్ట్ చేశారు. విజయవాడకు తీసుకొచ్చారు. ప్రొసీజర్ ప్రకారం ఆయనకు వైద్య పరీక్షలను నిర్వహించారు. అనంతరం ఏసీబీ ప్రత్యేక న్యాయస్థానం ముందు ప్రవేశపెట్టారు.వాదోపవాదాలను విన్న తరువాత న్యాయమూర్తి సిట్ అరెస్ట్ను సమర్థించారు. సజ్జల శ్రీధర్ రెడ్డికి 14 రోజుల పాటు రిమాండ్ విధించారు. దీనితో సిట్ అధికారులు ఆయనను జిల్లా జైలుకు తరలించారు.
