A Miami dad has been arrested for alleged child abuse after his missing 15-year-old daughter was found safe, records showed.
Luis Cruz’s daughter had gone missing from the Model City area of Miami last week but Miami Police confirmed Wednesday that she was found safe.
Although he told NBC6 he was concerned for her wellbeing, an arrest report revealed that once found, his daughter told officers she ran away because she was a victim of child abuse by her father, which is why she ran away from home.
