Capitol officer Harry Dunn told the House committee investigating the events of January 6 that he faced repeated racist abuse.

Officer Dunn described to the committee the racist abuse that he and other officers suffered as they fought to keep insurrectionists out of the US Capitol.

He and other officers were called a “torrent” of racist epithets including the n-word.

“No one had ever called me a n***** while wearing the uniform of a Capitol police officer”
