In this episode, we will learn how to file a cyber crime report. As cyber threats are on the rise, it’s crucial to know how to report incidents quickly and effectively.

Steps covered in this video:
– Visit https://cybercrime.gov.in
– On the top left corner of the website you will see register a complaint, Select that
– Now you will get three options:
~ Women/children related complaint
~ Financial Fraud
~ Other cyber crime
– Choose the type of complaint
– Enter your basic details. If it’s your first time here, you might need to sign up.
– The next window only stays open for a limited time. So have your info ready before you start.
– Fill in all the details about what happened. Make sure to include any evidence you have.
– In the next tab, you’ll need to write down everything you know about the suspect.
– Double-check all your details.
– Upload your ID Proof”
– Last step, you’ll get a summary of your whole form. Give it one last check, then make your declarations.
