Anaheim animal abuse suspect turns himself in, authorities recover abused dog

After nearly a week of investigation, Albert Frank Abad Jr., the suspect wanted by Anaheim police after doorbell cam video showed him beating a dog in an apartment complex hallway has turned himself in.
