A fire at the residence of Delhi High Court Judge Yashwant Varma has resulted in the discovery of a significant sum of cash according to the Times of India. Now the Supreme Court finds itself under scrutiny for its decision to transfer the judge to Allahabad High Court. Late Friday evening, the Supreme Court issued as statement to say the transfer was unrelated to the allegation and the Delhi High Court had already commenced an in hour probe.
