🚨 *Exposing the Unlawful Arrest of “Matthew” – A Case of Police Misconduct at Widnes LPU* 🚨

Many of you are aware that last year, “Matthew” was convicted of a *malicious prosecution* and handed a 5-year restraining order. “Matthew” has complied fully with this Court Order.

Behind the scenes, the conviction is being appealed at Crown Court. As we know, this takes time, especially with the backlogged courts in England and Wales. It’s not as fast as Mike Amesbury MP’s case, where sentencing, jail, and appeal happened in just three days!

On 26 February 2025, a false and malicious report was made to Cheshire Constabulary, leading to yet another unlawful arrest. Breaching Restraining Order is a serious matter, but Cheshire Police has refused to record or investigate any reports made by “Matthew”.

At 04:33 on 28 February 2025, “Matthew” was arrested. By lunchtime, he was de-arrested when it was revealed that there was NO BREACH of the Restraining Order. But instead of acknowledging their mistake, Cheshire Police re-arrested “Matthew” for “Hurty Words”—an excuse used to silence those exposing corruption, despite a lack of material evidence.

This is what happens when police act on rumours with no credible evidence. If they claimed the Restraining Order was breached, they failed to present any proof during the interview. Instead, they jumped to “Hurty Words” to cover their tracks and boost their arrest tally as it was the last day of Feb.

“Matthew” gave a “no comment” interview and strongly denied all false allegations, including:
1️⃣ Breach of the Restraining Order – No evidence
2️⃣ Assisting or encouraging serious harm – No evidence

Cheshire Constabulary seems to be padding their stats for “Hurty Words” arrests to meet their monthly quota and secure more funding for next year’s “Hurty Words & Thought Police Unit.”
