Deamonte Kendrick, aka Yak Gotti, appeared in court on Tuesday morning for a bond hearing on two cases. Attorney Kayla Bumpus, Shannon Stillwell’s wife, is representing Kendrick in this matter. Bumpus asked the court for a bond no more than $20K. The state is against Yak Gotti having a bond. The judge did not make a decision yet. Yak Gotti was found not guilty in the YSL RICO Case.

Young Thug faces nearly a dozen charges, including possession of drugs and weapons, participation in criminal street gang activity, and conspiracy to violate Georgia’s RICO Act. The rapper was arrested in May of 2022 along with 27 other alleged gang members. Many of those defendants have taken plea deals in the case.
