Judge Paige Reese Whitaker told the court on Tuesday evening how retired investigator Lakea Gaither’s face was shown and posted on social media. Judge Whitaker stated that a Zoom captured a shot of Gaither. The judge said Zoom would not be permitted during testimony of a witness that is not suppose on camera.

Young Thug faces nearly a dozen charges, including possession of drugs and weapons, participation in criminal street gang activity, and conspiracy to violate Georgia’s RICO Act. The rapper was arrested in May of 2022 along with 27 other alleged gang members. Many of those defendants have taken plea deals in the case.
