The #CriminalJustice Committee are currently scrutinising the Police (#Ethics, Conduct and Scrutiny) (Scotland) Bill.
This week they heard from Ian Clarke, former #police officer, on his experience of the police #complaints system.
He said the current system ‘doesn’t work at all’ for the public and honest police officers.
