Melbourne Car Attack: Police say driver has a history of drug abuse

Melbourne police say the driver behind Thursday’s car attack outside the city’s main train station has spoken about “dreams” and “voices”. 19 people were injured in what the Australian Prime Minister is calling an isolated incident. The attack is believed to be deliberate but the motivation behind it is still unclear. Aksel Zaimovic filed this report from Melbourne.
