You won’t believe what happened when I stopped to get gas in my Dodge Charger Widebody ScatPack. I, a landscaper and owner of Morton Lawn & Landscapes, was suddenly surrounded by police, thrown against my car, handcuffed, and arrested. I was the victim of a terrible case of mistaken identity and what I believe was police brutality. I did 3 days in jail and 3 months on house arrest. Lawyer took 5k upfront and i was charged with running a red light even though there is no evidence of that. This is my story of how a simple errand turned into a nightmare.
