A man is accusing Lakeland police officers of using unnecessary force, stemming from an incident in February.
10 Tampa Bay has obtained the police body cam video of the confrontation, which started when a man named of Marcus Adams says he stopped to smoke a cigarette on the Florida Southern College campus and was asked to leave.
