LOWER MERION TOWNSHIP, PA — The Lower Merion Police Department and Lower Merion Community Watch are hosting a patrol training class in late January 2025.
The training will be held at 7 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 21 at the Lower Merion Township, 75 E. Lancaster Ave.
Interested residents can sign up for the patrol training online here.
“We are restarting what was one of the finest volunteer patrol programs in the nation,” Matt Peskin, President of Lower Merion Community Watch, said. “Covid hurt the program pretty badly in terms of volunteers but now it’s time to get back out there.”
Those registering for training the training must be 18 years of age or older and residents of Lower Merion Township.
The training session will last about one hour.
