The video, taken at the Delancey St. station at Essex St. on Saturday, July 31, shows the officer, identified as Sgt. James Zorrilla, wearing a red T-shirt reading “Billionaire in Training” forcing a woman against the station wall as he tries to sweep her legs out from underneath her. When that didn’t work, he grabbed one of the woman’s legs and pulled, sending the woman reeling backwards onto the station floor. (@alwaysfilmthepolice/Instagram)
