Cyber crimes in India are on the rise, with Tamil Nadu alone seeing scams worth a staggering ₹1000 Crores this year. Out of this, ₹526 Crores were blocked and ₹48 Crores were recovered, showing the scale of the problem.
Yet, we believe this is just the tip of the iceberg. Officially, 91,000 cases have been reported, but we estimate the real number to be at least 4 to 5 lakh, as many scams go unreported.
