Young Boy Stapled to Wall, Beaten to Death in ‘Worst Child Abuse Case’: Prosecutors

Giovanni “Chulo” Jennings was found unconscious and with severe injuries inside a Michigan mobile home on July 30. He died a few hours later. 25-year-old Elaine Jennings, 25, and the mother’s boyfriend, Daniel Giacchina, 32, are charged with first-degree murder and child abuse. The state prosecutor detailed the child’s horrific injuries during a heartbreaking news conference.
