I want to make this perfectly clear, I do not hate Law Enforcement. I hate what Law Enforcement has become, and I hate badge heavy LEOs that do not even know the law, or how to enforce it. My husband was in the USMC, he was in Law Enforcement, and he worked for the Department Of Corrections (30 years total) and the stuff that is going on now in all of them, did not go on back when he worked them, and if/when it did, they would bring you in before the Chief, and dress you down, that happened 3 times, and you were gone. They made it a point to always have the stack of new applications on the Chiefs desk 24/7, just in case there was any doubt about how things worked. There was expectations, standards, and accountability, now it seems there is none of that. I was in the Medical field for many years, and have prior Law Enforcement Training.
