USPS Boulder Highway, Henderson NV Reporting Suspected Mail Fraud 07/27/2024 (Part 2 of 2)

*** UPDATE 08/14/2024 ***
The same USPS delivery man dropped off a suspicious looking package today. This packaging does not match the packages that would be returned and it seems to be much smaller, a vacuum body could not fit in there. It seems to be a Priority Mail Box wrapped in a black bag or tape and then taped over with clear tape. A USPS report was made, photos taken and everything uploaded below:

*** UPDATE 08/13/2024 ***
1 out of the 3 packages arrived, the second is still circling around. This still leaves us with the main one from July 17 that is nowhere to be found so far. Well and most importantly, the incident with the Certified Letter remains a crime.

*** UPDATE 08/10/2024 ***
A supervisor from Florida reached out in regards to one of the packages which was picked up on 07/17/2024. Based on the information he found in the system, this package was picked up and that is where it disappeared. There was no en route scan or processing scan. Email attached below:

After the previous conversation with the Supervisor, on 07/27/2024 Mr Bovtovich checked the tracking number and as of that date, the letter still remained as Delivered to Agent. Mr Bovtovich went back to the local USPS post office and spoke with a supervisor and then the Station Manager.

The Station Manager said that there is nothing she can do and that the letter was sent back because they could not find it in the post office. She also said that they do not scan mail that is being returned?? The Station Manager (name in the recording) did not give Mr Bovtovich the name of the carrier. Mr Bovtovich went to Henderson Police Department to make a statement in regards to the theft of this said letter. After making such a statement, he was unlawfully arrested and the copy of the incident report # was stolen from him.

Suddenly, on 07/29/2024, the tracking number #9314810011701173297603 was changed from saying Delivered to Agent to Refused on 07/29/2024. This directly proves that the mailman, the supervisor as well as the Station Manager are involved in mail fraud.

Also more new details: this same unnamed mailman, on 3 separate occasions, picked up a package from Mr Bovtovich’s home and those packages after being scanned have since went missing.

Tracking #92184903620877300001209939, 92184903620877300001373722, 92184903620877300001521192. Mr Bovtovich went to the USPS office on 08/09/2024, but nobody would talk to him in regards to this new information.

Somebody needs to start investigating this post office for mail fraud, mail tampering and other illegal activities.
