In this explosive 2015 bodycam style citizen footage Philadelphia activist Tony Soto is ambushed by the same 15th District officer from his previous viral stop just months earlier. Right after leaving an NAACP press conference demanding justice for Brandon Tate-Brown who was shot by police officers were caught hiding their patrol car behind a bank on the 6600 block of Frankford Avenue in Philadelphia Pennsylvania.
