Our Rotten Law enforcement system and messed up #Judiciary #judiciaryजवाबदो which is answerable to none. Whom to address failing systems in our country?

Dear CM MYogiAdityanath Sir and Ministry of Law and Justice had somebody/anybody sacked and arrested that MiLord for abetment of Suicide and who is also named by #AtulSubash for asking bribes and harassment ? If not then it’s shame on government and Judiciary. @MLJ_GoI just tweets nonsense information about their cave man’s age systems and procedures

1. Institutions such as Hon President of India , PM Narendra Modi our parliament lead by Om Birla Honourable Loksabha Speaker
#OmBirla ji and #RajyaSabha lead by Vice President of India #JagdeepDhankar had become white elephant and of no use to we the 140 crores+ people of this great country Bharat ie. India.

2. There are 1000’s of AtulSubhash suffering in each and towns,villages and cities thanks to our corrupt-rotten Policing and Judicial systems all across country. Justice to common people had become mockery and available only to few rich-famous-politicians … unfortunately Judiciary both Bars and Benches are living in caves men’s age not concerned about people.

3. Unfortunately all our politicians had lost touch with people rather they don’t care for issues of people. Opposition parties had obstructed parliament on Corporate rivalry between #GeorgeSoros and #Adani . This has nothing to do with any citizens of this country. They should booked and prosecuted for wasting nations times and money.

4. There is so much corruption and rot in out Judicial process and Law enforcement because which there is saying among common people that only crazy person should climb stairs of and enter any court. In each Court there are piles of cases and nobody cares or is interested in anything , except passing time and making VitM.

5. To deny timely justice to common people these are most dangerous common sentences uttered by politicians,culprits,Law enforcement officials and Government. Law will take its own course=40+ years to finally get Hon SupremeCourtofIndia verdict and other one is “we have full faith in Judiciary”= verdict will be either delayed /managed or will never be delivered in our life time.

6. Right from lowest court be it Consumer Court, Family Court, District Court,Session Courts,HighCourt upto Hon #SupremeCourt #SupremeCourtOfIndia the rot in system is so deep that for common people getting justice is next to impossible tasks. Even to ensure cases comes on board among first 10 cases to be heard on given day there is need of VitM.

7. Throw all the Acts,Laws passed by parliament when they can’t be enforced and are not available for common people. In fact throw all the law books in trash as they are useless and create hinderance for common people getting justice. Entire law enforcement systems including Police,Lawyers Bars and Judiciary are rotten to the core due to massive corruption and they all living in cave men’s age period.

8. It parliament has time from daily tamasha then they should Look into Marriage Act and amend if required by making provisions for Alimony,timely completion of Divorce proceedings,etc . #JusticeIsDue AtulSubhash #JusticeForAtul #JusticeForAtulSubhash is one of 1000’s of cases which goes unreported and buried in populations of 140crores+ people.

9. All Our Family Courts/Divorce Courts and in fact all our lower courts including many High Court are still living in cave man’s period. Under staffed Courts hardly work and MiLords behave like kings and queens. Why can’t somebody cleansed our rotten systems where there is no light at the end of long Judiciary tunnel?

WTH is going on in our Judiciary especially in Hon Lower courts and more importantly Hon family courts not to mentioned in our Hon SupremeCourt ?

People allegedly involved in corruption,killing people and abetting suicides need to be made accountable and answerable for broad day killing of AtulSubhash .
