Rochester Police Accountability Board releases misconduct report, receives backlash from city

Going against the advice of the city’s head attorney, Rochester’s Police Accountability Board publicly released its findings over the weekend from all its investigations into alleged officer misconduct relating to the Rochester Police Department.

The report is drawing a wave of backlash from the Rochester police union and city leaders.
