Robert Draskovich Attorney Consultation – (Corrupt attorney taking advantage of innocent people)

On July 27, 2024, Henderson Police made an unlawful arrest of Mr Bovtovich without any cause. The officer lied about an existing warrant for his arrest which multiple officers confirmed was not in the system. His rights were never read to him. Due to his mother reaching out to an attorney, Henderson Police Department had to quickly fabricate a non-existing criminal case in order to stop questions about why he was being held. He was held in jail until he was able to bond out.

This criminal case without a complaint and a warrant for the arrest without Judge’s signature were all fabricated on that same day. A few days later, came a ridiculous offer asking for Mr Bovtovich to erase everything from the Youtube channels. Mr Bovtovich reached out to supposedly the best Criminal Defense attorney Robert Draskovich.

The attached recording is of that consultation. Mr Draskovich chose to instantly accuse of Mr Bovtovich of being guilty without even knowing what the case was about. He had the same blank print out with only the charges as Mr Bovtovich hence his questions “from whom did you steal and what”. After Mr Bovtovich explained, Mr Draskovich did not even bother to look at any of the documentation and even exclaimed that Mr Bovtovich will not be allowed to defend himself, which is a lie. The rest of what was said, hear it yourself.

Mr Draskovich is involved in a few high profile cases in Eighth District Court, with a judge Tierra that openly lies and forges court documents. As well as with a certain Mr Robert Telles who he is supposed to protect his rights. You can make you own conclusions, but the connections are obvious and confirmed by Mr Draskovich himself. No way in hell, would anyone hire an attorney who does not listen to his client and without knowing anything pronounces them guilty. So what exactly are people paying him for??
