Apparently a Man was assaulted and robbed but the guy placed in hand cuffs was also held at gunpoint. Did he fit the description of the suspect or was he the victim? Doesn’t really surprise me that LAPD would place the victim in cuffs or even point multiple guns at him. This was an old recording from 2020.
