Police Misconduct Captured on Video, Citizens Review Board Oct 3, 2024 Violated OML Public Denied.

On Oct 3, 2024 I arrived at Syracuse City Hall to attend CRB Meeting. Later i met Mayor Ben Walsh. Background. CRB Board Meeting Scheduled at 6 PM and Public Comment at 630 PM. I intended to speak about the Sept 25, 2024 resignation of CRB Administrator Releford, CRB Operations and SPD OPS Investigations. In addition to asking council members to confirm on the record here – Did you receive the Emails — or has Electronic Communication of this citizen has been intercepted. I need to know. if i was Ignored As no council members responded. .

These Emails will be presented to Council Members at the Oct 15, 2024 Common Council Board Meeting. Emails Sent Aug 26, 2024, June 6, 2024 and June 9, 2024 with attachments of Original Emails. SENT To Syracuse Common Council Members Individually., Chair Person Helen Hudson, SPD Deputy Cheif Mark Rusion. Cc Syracuse Mayor Ben Walsh and Deputy Mayor Sharon Owens. Sent to Direct Email June 9, 2024.

Emails were not acknowledged – and Messages Not Returned by Syracuse Council Members. I am the subject of Hacking, and need Email acknowledgment accordingly.

I have Evid. (Body Cam Video) of Syracuse Police violating the Right to Know Law. Evidence Two Interactions in 3 days period August 7, and August 10, 2024. Body Cam Footage Posted on Youtube Shorts – – Are Justification for Scheduling a Public Hearing.

Public Hearing for Citizens to state their experiences with SPD Compliance with Right to Know Law Section 19-9.

To be amended with SCRIBD Links to Docs. Includes CRB Administrator Releford’s Letter dated Sept 23, 2024. Ms. Releford’s (form) letter to the complainants outlined the procedure. Stated Syracuse Police OPS investigation runs Concurrent with CRB. Phone Number for any Questions on the Process and Status of CRB investigation was listed.Not once did CRB staff answer the phone.

Neither Did the Syracuse Common Council Members Return this citizen’s calls.
