A man was arrested after repeatedly not listening to officers and refusing to take a breathalyzer. The man crashed his KIA into a “Do not enter” sign at the exit ramp off of Indian School and 35th Ave when he attempted to drive the wrong way up the exit. The driver front wheel was snapped and the sign lodged under the tire. The suspect pulled away from officers as he was being escorted to the patrol car.
