The defendant in this case is Judge Andrea Plumlee, Judge of the 330th Family District Court. On three different occasions Judge Andrea Plumlee held hearings after Bradley Miller had removed his case to federal court. Consequently, Judge Andrea Plumlee had no jurisdiction over this case. To make matters worse, she had also issued an illegal gag order against Mr. Miller.
