The Maryland Attorney General’s Office is leading an independent investigation of a Baltimore Police involved shooting that left someone dead.Officials said Tuesday the victim was a juvenile. They’re not identifying him because of privacy laws.
But FOX45 News talked to his mother Tuesday and she says the victim is her son, 17-year-old William Gardner.
