Man hit in face by officer during Jacksonville traffic stop speaks out

A newly released video of a February traffic stop shows officers in Jacksonville, Florida, arresting a man after one of them broke his car window and hit him in the face. William McNeil Jr. spoke to reporters for this for time since posting the video to social media. Elaine Quijano reports.
