LIVE COURT CAM: MA v. Karen Read, Daubert Hearing | Karen Read Murder Retrial: Read is on trial for a second time charged with second-degree murder in the death of her boyfriend, Boston Police Officer John O’Keefe. Prosecutors allege that Read ran over O’Keefe with her car and left him to die in the snow after a night out drinking. Read’s attorney claims she’s being framed by a corrupt investigation.

Read’s first trial ended with a mistrial in July 2024.
