ysl rico trial gets heated once again on day 62. As the state presents a video to the defense when they arrive, despite prior rulings requiring notice to be given in advance. After the judge finishes scolding Mr.Schardt once again for the states handling of their case, he asks ms.love whe she provided this to the defense ? Ms.love states she gave “it to them this morning ” , then goes on to claim she gave it to them 1 week ago , and tried to “call them” and they’re being punished bc everytime Defense files a motion the evidence isn’t included despite this never occurring. ( that I have seen ) The irony behind what Love claims is uncanny considering the strong essence of bias towards the defendants that we have all seen and noticed thru out this trial
