When the cops notice a driver going 63 in a 40 zone, they immediately get behind her. Right off the bat, they observe the suspect almost hitting the car in front of her and going over the fog line onto the shoulder.
Cops pull the suspect over and go over sobriety tests to determine if she was intoxicated.
Update:
The suspect doesn’t blow into the PBT device and blames it on her asthma. After multiple attempts, cops put her under arrest for OWI and take her to a hospital to draw blood.
The suspect is released in the morning and given a ride home. Once the blood tests confirm intoxication, she is also given a court date.
