Video shows a Border Patrol agent restraining a man who says he’s a US citizen outside a Chicago Walgreens store. The incident happened after a Border Patrol vehicle collided with an SUV during an immigration enforcement operation on Tuesday. CNN has reached out to DHS for comment on the incident.
