How abuse of power shaped my beliefs and actions – #shorts

Injustice and abuse of power deeply influenced my thoughts, attitudes, and beliefs. The lies sown into my heart shaped how I saw myself, others, and the world, affecting every area of my life for years. But the story didn’t end there. I made a determined choice to reject every false belief about my identity, worth, and potential. While I couldn’t change the past, I refused to let it define me or control my thinking any longer. I chose to dismantle the shame, fear, and self-protective walls I had built.

I embraced forgiveness over revenge, self-leadership over victimhood, truth over lies, and peace over fear. Most importantly, I committed to becoming an instrument of justice, using my power, influence, and voice for the good of others who strive to positively impact the world for good. The best form of payback is a successful life, healthy relationships, and the ability to love deeply and live authentically, shining light in the darkness.
