According to the Probable Cause Affidavit, a woman was getting ready for an incoming phone call for work when a Waste Management truck started to create some loud beeping outside her residence. She asked the driver to shut it off, but he ignored her. The woman then went downstairs and confronted the man, but it led to a physical confrontation, and the woman called the police.
