#spothekindness challenge! Baltimore Shomrim Safety Patrol Coordinator Heshie Klein was patrolling Sunday night to prevent a string of recent car break-ins in the Cheswolde neighborhood. Instead, he spotted something else suspicious.
“Once I saw he was an elderly gentleman, my suspicion turned from ‘bad guy’ to, ‘Uh oh, missing guy,” Klein said.
