NSTLKIA presents ‘JBM,’ a documentary episode on the rise- and quick fall- of the Junior Black Mafia, the true kings of Philadelphia’s streets.

The JBM would arise out of the fall of the Black Mafia, a Nation-of-Islam funded crime family that held the city captive for decades. The younger generation of the mob then took the head seat, and for the next 7 years they took charge of the city’s streets, and went to war with anyone who threatened that control.

But everything would fall apart in only a matter of time, when internal infighting, wars against rival coke-gangs, and a series of heavy waves of prosecution would decimate the gang for good.
