FDPD IOWA once again abusing their power by using someone else on their behalf

Richard is a guy that created a page to find a City employers or managers like David Fierke , consuls etc. And police department accountable for their actions and Fort Dodge Iowa doesn’t like people like him, specially that they stand up for their rights, because is exactly what they did to me, they tried to silenced me by accusing me as a terrorist well one more time they are doing this to Richard cause pretty much this is tactics of intimidation, because I saw the interactions on that day and per the video that was posted online and I am not attorney but I didn’t see this as a thirds degree harassment, nether fits the crime that they are accusing him;

This is second time and could be more, that the police or City if Fort Dodge used criminal charges to avoid civil court that takes forever that they could lose, cause what Richard was doing is just what many wanted to do, cause pretty much they not only know that they are minorities, also they know that the people that they are intimidating are people without connections, without attorneys that wanted to help them (especially when it comes for people to get their damages back because nor attorney wants to take them as pro-bono or by percentage) and maybe without money again this is a civil matter that they could also loose in court, but pretty much they are using criminal charges to have a “legal permit” to Search and Seizure to see what they found on him exactly like they did it with me, but I been good my whole life, they could not, that is why they are using the DART bus and more to harassed me , please this needs to stop we need someone to help us, we need civil right attorneys to stop this bad behaviors of this good old boy’s club
