Disturbing 911 call ☎️ Monster mother does the unthinkable #911 #crime #crimestory #scary #shorts
In the recording, we hear a chilling incident that took place on November 3, 2017, in Mabank, Texas. On that day, 31-year-old Sarah Nicole Henderson killed her two daughters, aged 5 and 7, by shooting them in the head while they slept.
She also attempted to kill her sleeping husband, Jacob, but her .380 caliber pistol misfired, waking him from his sleep. The woman’s husband took away her gun and dialed 911. However, Jacob had previously called 911 a few hours before the double murder, reporting that his wife was acting strangely and had suicidal thoughts. The police dispatched an unit to conduct a welfare check, but they left when the couple stated there were no issues and no danger to anyone.
However, a few hours later, they received a horrifying call from Jacob, the stepfather of both girls, saying that the children were dead. After her arrest, the woman admitted to shooting her daughters and attempting to kill her husband. The Henderson County Sheriff stated that Sarah showed no remorse when confessing to the murders and remained “matter-of-fact” during police questioning. It was also reported that she had been planning the murders for several weeks and had attempted to kill her entire family.
Before her trial, the perpetrator attempted to plead insanity as part of her defense, but she was deemed competent to stand trial. Henderson, when questioned by investigators about why she killed her daughters, replied, “I was going crazy” and “Just caught up in everyday life, you know.” Sarah also claimed that she thought people were out to get her, a belief shared by her husband Jacob and a friend with whom she had been the day before. Both confirmed and described her paranoid behavior in the days leading up to the shootings.
Sarah Nicole Henderson was sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole for the murder of her daughters. She avoided the death penalty by pleading guilty to two counts of murder and one count of attempted murder.
