DHS Whistleblower Comes Forward-Says All Post-Upgrade P320s Can Discharge, Explains How

Recently a document was shared with me from someone whom I believe to be a trustworthy source, and in it, a highly experienced and qualified Firearms Career Professional lays out their claims that, given force subjected at an appropriate angle and magnitude, they can make ANY post-upgrade 320 Discharge, on either the first, second, or third impact. The exact date of this article is unknown, but, based on real-world events referenced therein, I believe it to be from approximately late 2023 or early 2024.

The author also claims that they provided “Truthful Disclosures of a UD Firing” document to ICE Management, OPR and OSC to no avail. Remarkably, the author also notes that ICE OFTP conducted a reliability test on the SIG P320, and were supposedly able to fire 60,000 (sixty-thousand) rounds without a single malfunction. This is Statistically, if not Literally, a Nearly-Impossible Feat.

My source also claimed that many inside don’t trust the OFTP. They mentioned that guys are purchasing their own 365’s, or Glocks, as they don’t fully trust the P320. They also stated that they knew two separate individuals who both experienced a holstered P320 discharge – and they noted the commonality between the two was that they both had higher round counts.

Remarkably, I was also informed that the OFTP recalled all HK MP5’s and replaced them with the SIG MPX, WITHOUT an Open Solicitation or “shoot off”. All of the issued optics are said to be SIG as well…

It is apparent to me that we have reached a Crisis of Confidence level across State and Federal Law Enforcement officers regarding the safety and reliability of the Sig P320. Statements from SIG do little to quell concerns among gun owners, (indeed, recently having the exact opposite effect..) especially in light of recent Jury verdicts and Video Footage from across our Country.

Sig can still do the right thing. The People of our Nation – Military, Police, & Civilians – deserve better. Be brave. Stand up for what you believe. And Know that even though the wicked, greedy, and unjust may try and make life hard for you, when you walk in the truth, you cannot be touched.
