Mango Park District Court Judge Charles O’Brien is under investigation. The Police have evidence of a pay for play scheme allegedly orchestrated by Judge O’Brien. Mango Park Mayor Celia Barry decides to place Captain Porter and his team on the case. Captain Porter devises a plan and has Sgt. Garrett go undercover to once and for all bring this crooked judge to justice. However, once the case is closed Mayor Barry now must fill an opening on the bench and believes there is only one person for the job.
